The National Leadership Conference is FBLA’s biggest event of the year. Compete with top students, attend leadership workshops, explore San Antonio, and connect with members from across the country. It’s the perfect way to celebrate your FBLA journey.
The 2026 National Leadership Conference will take place in San Antonio, Texas from June 29 to July 2, 2026.
NLC REQUIREMENTS
Placed top 4 in your event at the 2026 Wisconsin State Leadership Conference
Joined a team with open slots (with adviser approval)
Advanced as an alternate due to withdrawal of a top placer (your adviser will notify you)
COST BREAKDOWN

NLC TIPS TO SUCCEED
Dress in professional attire for all sessions, workshops, and competitions
Wear your name badge at all times, except during presentations
Bring a valid photo ID (school ID, state ID, passport, or driver’s license)
Check if your event allows internet access, but always have a backup plan
Bring your own device for testing events unless notified otherwise
Cafeteria-style seating is used for objective and hybrid tests
Prize checks for top winners will be mailed after the conference
All registration details and permission forms will be shared closer to the event.
