Overview: The Regional Career Development Conference (RCDC) is the first step for Wisconsin DECA members to showcase their skills in business and marketing. Participants will compete against fellow members from their region and attend valuable workshops to prepare for SCDC.
How to Qualify: To advance to the State Career Development Conference (SCDC), you must place in the top 3 in your event at RCDC.
What's Next?: Successful participants will continue their journey at SCDC in February 2025.
